Turn a Claude report into a Kayse workflow

Kayse is the Client Relationship AI for plaintiff firms. This connector links Claude to your Kayse account so Claude can pull live case, client, call, and campaign data into reports and dashboards. Claude can also take action in Kayse from what it finds: update a case, or send a client update by SMS text or email. Use it to turn a Claude report into a Kayse workflow, with no copy and paste.

There is no tool to delete a case, client, call, or document. The only removals are tags, and the duplicate record left over when Claude merges two clients.

How to connect Kayse to Claude

Before you start

  • Your Kayse login for the firm's workspace, with its two-step verification to hand.
  • Permission to add connectors in Claude. On a Claude team plan, your Claude admin may need to turn connectors on first.
  1. In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors.

  2. Select +, then Browse connectors.

  3. Search for Kayse for Claude and open the listing.

  4. Select Connect. A Kayse sign-in page opens.

  5. Sign in to Kayse, choose the workspace to connect, and select Authorize.

  6. Back in Claude, check that Kayse shows as connected. Then ask Claude about your cases.

Can't find the listing? Ask your Claude admin whether community connectors are turned on for your workspace. The setup guide has troubleshooting for the sign-in step.

Your access, your call

Your permissions, not more

Claude works as the Kayse account that authorized it. If that account cannot see a workspace, record, or tool, Claude cannot either.

One workspace at a time

You pick the Kayse workspace during sign-in. Claude works inside that workspace and no other.

Turn it off in Claude

Remove Kayse in Claude's connector settings to end Claude's access to your Kayse data.
