Documents that prove themselves
Green checkmark, not yellow warning.
Every signed PDF carries a digital signature from a certificate authority that Adobe trusts. Open it in Acrobat and the green checkmark says two things: this was signed, and nothing has changed since.
A certificate of completion records who signed, when, and from where. Anyone can verify a document on our public verify page. Nobody has to call Kayse.
A lot of e-signature tools hand back documents with a yellow warning. Nobody notices until the other side opens the file in court.

Fair counting
We count sends, not pages.
Send a client three documents at once, with two people signing, and that is one send. Some software counts each document. So an allowance that looks like fifteen a month is really five clients.
Tests do not count. Sends that could not be delivered do not count.
