We Did Not Launch Until We Proved It First
Two years ago a Wall Street funder had roughly $2 billion in injury claims on the line and one problem nobody could fix: clients stopped answering, and cases went quiet and started to die. Every tool on the market waited for clients to call in. None of them went out and won the client back. So we built Kayse ourselves, kept it quiet until March 2026, and spent nothing on marketing.

Dan Jacobs, Co-Founder and CEO, has spent over 15 years helping plaintiff law firms solve these exact problems. He built the Oil Claim Calculator, which helped plaintiff lawyers prepare and file over $1 billion in Deepwater Horizon oil spill claims, and a legal CRM for plaintiff lawyers that became part of a $1 billion recap. He knows the tools your firm already uses, inside and out.

The 5% That Actually Works
An MIT study found that 95% of AI initiatives failed to deliver any return in 2025. Much of what is sold to law firms as legal AI was assembled by a business owner, a marketing company, or a call center, which means firm client data may be running through a homemade system. Kayse is real legal software built for plaintiff firms.
