Kayse holds the lead, the call, the form and the signature in one place. When your firm also runs a CRM, Kayse connects to it three ways. Every system below says which way. That way you know what is built in, what you set up in Zapier, and what your team connects by webhook.

Built-in connector

Kayse built it and maintains it. Two-way with your case system. What your plan covers depends on the plan: on Standard and above Kayse builds and maintains your case system connection, up to three case types and fifty mapped fields. On Growth your firm connects Kayse through Zapier, a webhook or the open API, with Builder guiding. You set it up with our written guide and a 15 to 30 minute call, and you create a few test leads before go-live.

Through Zapier

These systems have their own Zapier app. So does Kayse: 9 instant triggers and 10 actions. You build the Zap in your Zapier account, and we walk you through it. A paid Zapier plan is needed for multi-step Zaps.

For Speed-to-Lead timing, send new leads to Kayse on an instant trigger or a webhook. Some Zapier triggers check for new records every 1 to 15 minutes, depending on the app and your Zapier plan.

Webhook and open API

Any system that can send or receive a webhook. Your team or your vendor connects it to Kayse's open API. Kayse provides the docs, a sandbox and support. Available on Growth, Standard and Enterprise.

Every system, and how it connects

Each system carries exactly one method, so you never have to guess whether yours is built in or something your team wires up.

Not on the list?

Most systems connect through Zapier or a webhook. If yours needs something built, that is a scoped project, priced and agreed in writing before any work begins.

Good to know

  • Kayse does no work inside your system. We give you a guide and a joint call. Your team makes the change.
  • Connections move data. They do not merge duplicates or resolve conflicts. Last write wins.
  • Moving old records into Kayse is a separate, quoted project.
  • What Zapier or another vendor supports today can change. That is theirs to control, not ours.

Product names and logos belong to their owners. A name on this page means Kayse can connect to that product by the method shown. It does not mean that company endorses Kayse or built the connection.
